*Rhubarb Syrup - combine 2 cups frozen rhubarb, 0.5 cups of sugar, 1 cup water. Boil and push through a strainer.

2oz Prairie Berry Gin | 1oz Triple Sec | 1.5oz Lime Juice | 1oz Saskatoon Berries | Coarse Sugar Procedure: Sugar the rim of a chilled martini glass. Muddle saskatoon berries and lime juice, then add Triple Sec and Prairie Berry Gin. Shake with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with lime wheel and saskatoon berries.
