Stiff Upper Lip

1 1/2 oz Prairie Berry Gin

3 oz Apple Cider

½ oz Triple Sec

Lemon Slices

Sliced Apples

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker glass and shake well. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with apple slices and a lemon. For a batch: 1 part Gin 1 part Apple Cider 1/6 part Triple Sec 6 cups Gin 6 cups Apple Cider 1 cup Triple Sec

1 oz Prairie Berry Gin

1 oz Bourbon

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

4 oz Ginger Ale

 

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients, except Ginger Ale into a glass with ice and stir. Fill with Ginger ale and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Negroni

  • 2 oz Barrel Spice Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass filled with ice.   Shake well.  Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange twist.

 

 

 

 

Trapper's Cabin

  • 1.5 oz Barrel Spice Gin
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 5 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Preparation:

Stir ingredients well over ice in a mixing glass then strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Prairie Berry Martini

  • 2oz Prairie Berry Gin
  • 1oz Triple Sec
  • 1 1/2oz fresh lime juice
  • 1oz saskatoon berries
  • Coarse Sugar

Preparation:

Sugar the rim of a chilled martini glass. Muddle saskatoon berries and lime juice, then add Triple Sec and Prairie Berry Gin.  Shake with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with lime wheel and saskatoon berries.
